I am an experienced and dedicated teacher with a passion for education and a strong commitment to helping my pupils achieve their full potential. I completed my initial teacher training at the University of Birmingham, where I gained practical experience through various placements in diverse school settings. This invaluable experience allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies.
After qualifying as a teacher in 2016, I spent four years at an outstanding school in Leicester, meticulously planning and delivering dynamic and captivating lessons to Key Stage 2 students. In 2020, I moved to Dubai and have been teaching here ever since, continuing to foster a love for learning among my pupils. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a positive and engaging learning environment where every child feels supported and motivated to excel. I believe in fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for learning through creativity and enthusiasm.
My classroom is a place where mistakes are seen as opportunities to grow, and every student is encouraged to explore their unique strengths. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, travelling, and spending time with my family. One of my favourite children’s books is Holes by Louis Sachar. This book holds a special place in my heart as it was the one that made me fall in love with reading.

I’m Miss Natasha Gill, and I am delighted to be joining this fantastic school community.
My educational journey is a bit of an adventure, as I originally earned both a degree and a masters in Law from universities in London. However, my passion for teaching sparked from my desire to dive into the world of inclusive education. I’ve had the joy of working with children from FS to Year 6, helping them overcome barriers to learning and discovering the kind of teacher I aspire to be. After earning my PGCE in Primary Education from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, I’ve been thrilled to teach young, curious minds, especially in KS2, for several exciting years.
My teaching philosophy focuses on building strong, positive relationships with parents and children. I believe a collaborative approach fosters an environment where every child’s well-being is prioritised and their unique strengths are celebrated. In my inclusive classroom, students feel valued, excited to learn, and supported in their curiosity. I maintain high expectations, encouraging children to view mistakes as growth opportunities and strive for their personal best.
Beyond the classroom, you’ll often find me immersed in the pages of a good book, exploring nature on hiking trails, or embarking on exciting road trips. My cat, Magnus, is also a cherished companion, adding joy to my daily life. One of my favorite children’s books, “The Land of Roar” by Jenny McLachlan, ignites the spark of creativity and imagination in both children and adults alike.
