As an experienced Humanities teacher, I am passionate about creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences that inspire pupils to understand the world around them. Having taught the British curriculum throughout my career, I bring a strong knowledge of teaching and learning alongside a creative approach that encourages curiosity, critical thinking and a genuine enthusiasm for Humanities.
Being both Scottish and Tunisian has given me a deep appreciation of multiculturalism and a strong connection to both British and Arab cultures and values. I believe this helps me support pupils from diverse backgrounds and encourages them to value different perspectives, identities and experiences.
My aim is to help pupils become informed, compassionate and responsible global citizens. I love bringing Humanities to life and creating opportunities for pupils to extend their learning beyond the classroom through extracurricular activities, enrichment opportunities and wider school initiatives. Above all, I want every pupil to feel inspired, supported and excited to learn.
