Lucie Lecocq Otsing

I am an international educator and school leader with 20 years of experience teaching and leading across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and South East Asia, within British, American, and IB schools. Over the years, I have developed a deep belief in the power of strong relationships, thoughtful leadership, and creating environments where people feel supported and inspired to grow.

As Head of Learning and Growth, I champion reflective leadership and collaborative practice to help foster a thriving, positive school culture. Drawing on two decades of classroom and leadership experience, I bring a practical perspective to professional growth, with a focus on strong relationships, intentional communication, and the everyday experience of learning and leading.

Self-awareness is central to my approach to leadership. I work closely with educators and middle leaders to build greater clarity, consistency, and purpose in their practice, empowering teams to develop leadership styles that are conscious, student-centred, and deeply relational. For me, meaningful professional growth comes from creating the trust and space for people to reflect, challenge themselves, learn from one another, and continue evolving in their practice.

I hold a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, alongside a strong foundation in linguistics and learning. I am passionate about creating nurturing, high-trust environments where both students and staff feel supported to embrace challenge, remain curious about their own learning and practice, and feel empowered to achieve their full potential.
